Jerome's relatives
-
- relatives of Jerome Stone
306-NjQ3
Jerome's last name was Stone.
-
Arnie
-
- Jerome Stone's misbehaved nephew
408-PuBl
Lt. Stone had Bulk and Skull do him a personal favor by
watching his nephew Arnie while he was on patrol.
Once Lt. Stone was gone,
Arnie kicked Bulk and tried to run off.
After throwing popcorn at Bulk and Skull and running off, Arnie joined
the other kids in the stands in cheering for the Captain Pete show.
Evil Puppetman shot blue beams from his
fingertips, turning the kids in the audience (but not their parents)
into brats who proceeded to trash the Captain Pete set, the Youth Center, and the Juice Bar.
Arnie's eyes were initially glowing purple like
the rest of the kids, but he yelled "Charge!," seeming to be out of the
trance, and he and the other kids proceeded to trash everything around
them.
Arnie tied Bulk and
Skull to a chair.
Evil Puppetman used the army of
hypnotized kids, with Arnie among them, to defend himself from the Rangers.
Evil Puppetman's spell over the kids was
removed when the Defender Wheel defeated
Puppetman.
When Arnie was describing how they'd been saved
by the Power Rangers, he said Captain Pete's secret word and was
hit in the face with a pie; Lt. Stone laughed
with Bulk and Skull at Arnie's
misfortune.

Jenny
-
- ill-tempered teen dancer; Jerome Stone's niece
515-Cars
Jenny was dancing to "Tell Me Now" in the
darkened Youth Center when Kat came in and was impressed.
Jenny left without talking to Kat, despite Kat's compliments;
on her way out, she didn't acknowledge the greeting of Lt. Stone, her uncle.
Jenny's mom had been having problems with Jenny
and thought she needed a firm hand for the summer, so she'd sent Jenny
to stay with Lt. Stone until school started.
Lt. Stone said he hadn't
seen Jenny since she was little, so he was hoping she just needed to
adjust to living in a new place.
Jenny's last name was Hunter.
Jenny was the final candidate for the afternoon
at the auditions for the Royal
Academy; she came in late, explaining with a bit of an attitude when
told to start within the next thirty seconds that she was new in Angel Grove and had gotten lost.
After her audition, Jenny was among the dancers
asked to return at 5:00 for a final audition; the crowd seemed surprised
by the selection of Jenny.
When Lt. Stone found
that the money from the Youth Center's
receipts for that week were missing, he asked Jenny whether she'd
borrowed money from the safe, since she was the only other person that
knew where the keys to the safe were; she was insulted and told him he
was just like her mom.
The Rangers, with
Red Ranger using a Turbo Navigator, interrupted Jenny's
final audition to search for a detonator;
Jenny then stormed out.
After the final auditions, the judges had Jenny
and Kat stay because they thought they were the
most promising two dancers.
The main judge told Jenny that she could become a
great artist, but that her attitude, her apparent lack of control over
her emotions, made her untrainable at this point.
Outside, Kat sat beside
Jenny, and when Jenny sarcastically asked if this was where they had
their heart-to-heart talk and become best friends, Kat said she didn't even know if she'd want to be
Jenny's friend, since Jenny was mean, rude, and alienated herself from
everybody.
Jenny asked Kat if she knew
what it was like to have her mother send her away because her mother
didn't love her, or to have her uncle blame her for stealing, or to have
the only thing she cared about ruined right when she had a chance to get
ahead.
Despite not being able to identify with Jenny's
problems, she still pointed out that Jenny needed all the friends she
could get, and she invited Jenny to the Juice
Bar, where the teens would be later.
When Jenny came into the Juice Bar after the chimps had returned the missing money, Lt. Stone apologized to her, and she told him to
forget about it, as she would probably blame her too.
As Jenny and Lt. Stone
hugged, Jenny smiled to Kat.

Joe
-
- road worker; Jerome Stone's cousin
521-TWOF
Lt. Stone's cousin,
presumably the man named Joe, was doing Lt.
Stone a big favor by hiring Bulk and
Skull.
Joe had Bulk and
Skull slow and stop cars driving by as cement nearby dried, the job
all new employees got.
In the end, Bulk and
Skull were mostly buried in the concrete, and Joe complained to Lt. Stone that monkeys could've done better.
