Gluto was a dark aqua-green and white breasted mutant, who resembled a cross between a bullfrog and whale; he had red and white markings up and down his arms, a red plastic shell-covering over the fin behind his head, similiar material made into square shoes with three white toe-indentations each, and abundant gold jewelry around his neck.
He spoke with a very deep and gruffy voice, along with a wiseguy accent.
He was led into the Cryogenic Detainment Tower by two guards, while wearing chain-cuffs.
Gluto pled to the guards that he was not stealing anything, the "stuff" just fell in his car. He then claimed he was framed, and cried for his mommy.
While being lead into the chamber, Gluto's tail bumped into the leg of a guard, and oddly bent like hollow rubber.
The Reanimator Chamber's door slid shut around Gluto, but before the guard at the control panel could Chrono-Freeze him, he was suddenly suddenly struck from behind by a pink boltblast from Nadira's Chrono-Blaster.
Nadira activated the control panel for the chamber, causing it to open. She at first had an evil smirk on her face, which faded quickly when she discovered she'd saved such a gross and bumbling mutant as Gluto.
Gluto knew Nadira by name.
After Gluto stepped out of the mist-filled chamber, he happily pledged his eternal loyalty to her for saving him.
Nadira slapped Gluto's large mouth in frustration, and screamed "Whatever!" in a tantrum, becoming disgusted as she shook the germs off her hands from touching him.
Gluto (now lacking the chain-cuffs), remained standing near the misty chamber as Nadira greeted her father upon his entrance to the room.
Following Frax's activation of the time device, the Cryogenic Detainment Tower of Funaro Maximum Security Prison was warped out of the year 3000 through a time hole, taking himself, Gluto, Ransik, Nadira and all the captured mutants with it.
