Command Center basement

Zedd told Rito and Goldar that in his
search for a weakness in the Command
Center, he'd located an ancient scroll map in the long-forgotten
tunnels beneath the Command Center; Rita told them to follow the map to the Command Center's most vulnerable spot,
where they were to plant an implosion device that would
supposedly blow Zordon into antimatter.
In the tunnels was a podium with the map in a
clear holder.
The misty-floored tunnels were artificial, with
glowing orange vents on the walls near the floor.
Rita was able to teleport
into the tunnels to give Goldar and Rito the implosion device; the Command Center's alarm never did sound as a result of the villains' presence in the tunnels below.
In the side of the map podium was a darkened side
dome which was lit up with orange and yellow flickering light specks
after Rito had torn the map in half.
Rito later accidentally
set Goldar's half of the map on fire.
339-WYTh
Rito and Goldar no longer had the map with them.
Goldar said they were
supposed to place the implosion device at the
base of the Command Center; this was
presumably the Command Center's weakest
spot, to which Zedd had referred in 338-Bulk.
Zedd wondered whether
Rito and Goldar had
found the entrance to the Command Center
yet, as though the entrance were in the tunnels and what the two were
looking for.
340-ACSp
Rito and Goldar, having gone the wrong way, emerged into
the outdoors through a cave opening in the mountains.
342-HdA1
There was a gold sign on a wall in the tunnels
which read, "Command Center This Way,"
with an arrow pointing toward the basement.
In the basement was a cardboard box labeled "Command Center" containing an armless Alpha upper body covered in cobwebs, several parts
of an old control console down there as well, and an old Viewing Globe; while the tunnels had been
clean, the basement had cobwebs everywhere.
Some of the boxes in the basement were labeled
"Command Center"; others, "Save" and "Do
Not Discard."
343-HdA2
There were still cobwebs in the basement after time had been restored to the present.
In the basement was a black hard plastic crate
with red lettering which read "Alpha 4."
From the basement, Rito
and Goldar were able to teleport up into the Command Center's main chamber to steal the
Zeo Crystal.
401-AZB1
When the Zeo Crystal made the six teens fall through a shaft in the ground into the
basement, the basement was, with the exception of a considerable amount
of dust, relatively unaffected by the implosion device which had
gone off within the basement, destroying the Command Center above.
When Tommy said they had
to figure out where they were after the Zeo
Crystal had made the teens fall through a
shaft into the basement, Billy replied that it
looked like the Command Center's lower
chamber.
The tunnels that the six teens walked through had cobwebs and a bit of
debris strewn about.
Around a corner were silver double doors bearing
the Power Ranger lightning bolt designs; the doors opened to
reveal a wall of what looked like swirling green gel which oozed out
from the open doorway a bit after the doors were open.
After some hesitation, Tommy thrust his hand into the green vortex and
then soon pulled his gooey fingers out, saying it felt "cool."
After the six teens had
stepped into the vortex, the gel went back into the door frame, and the
doors slid shut; the teens appeared from the
green vortex in the middle of the Power
Chamber, and the vortex then disappeared behind them.
Along the walls of the Power Chamber near the floor were the same
vents with golden light which had been found all throughout the tunnels.
402-AZB2
The very short lengths of hallway which separated
the jagged, large double doors of
the west and east exits of the Power
Chamber from the inner sliding doors bore the same golden vents and
large beams as had been all throughout the tunnels.
"Command Center basement."
